I've been balancing my time on air (my new gig as a radio show co-host on KIX 106) with my love for photography and "Zaida Baby - My First Keepsake". Ashlee Simpson-Wentz says yoga helped her bond with her child.

The 24-year-old star, who has a nine-month-old son, Bronx Mowgli, with husband Pete Wentz, loved doing the low-impact stretching exercises when she was pregnant as it made her feel closer to her baby.

She said: "Your body is changing, and it's such an amazing time to feel that connection. I did prenatal yoga, which was a nice way to mellow down and focus on me and Bronx. Being pregnant was the healthiest I've ever been in my life. Except for the cupcakes!"
